It is an uncomfortable situation and absolutely unsatisfactory when new employees are welcomed into a work environment and they are not a good fit. Therefore, we give ourselves enough time to get to know one another: Personally, professionally, and during a virtual meeting with your future team.

Initial Discussion

This takes place with Philipp from Human Resources. We do not bombard you with questions. Instead we want to get to know you by having a relaxed discussion.

Second Discussion

Ludwig or Lars (Management) will also join in for this discussion. It gets technical: Together, we look at concrete tasks, real projects, or cases. Sometimes this may involve a small test job. We explain precisely what you can expect at our company. If necessary, there will be a third discussion with your future team, very relaxed, without HR or Management.

Team Meeting

You and your new team will get to know one another during a Teams call. All of you should know from the start how you interact – and whether it’s going to work out. The meeting is rather relaxed and informal.
